Not sure of the history of either one, but a friend of mine had the yellow one above in the late 90s when we were still in highschool.

I bought a pad of those exact fake tickets at a magic shop (those were a thing as late as the 1980's) when I was 12. A buddy and I spent a laughter-filled afternoon slapping these on municipal trucks and unattended police cars. Because in pre-9/11 America mischief towards public servants wouldn't net you a domestic terrorism charge.
